отходящие газы
Образующиеся в результате сжигания топлива, а также технологич. процессов, покидающие печь или агрегат. Использование физ. тепла о. г. определяется их кол-вом, составом, теплоемкостью и темп-рой. Наиб. вые. темп-pa о. г. кислородных конвертеров (1600-1800 °С), наиб. низ. - темп-pa о. г. воздухонагревателей домен, печей (250-400 °С). Использов. тепла о. г. организуется разными способами. При регенеративном или замкнутом охлаждении тепло о. г. используется для непосредств. повышения экономичности технологич. процесса (нагрев регенераторов или рекуператоров, шихты или технологич. продукта и т.п.). Если в результате регенерат. охлаждения используется не все тепло о. г., то применяют котлы-утилизаторы. Физ. тепло о. г. используют также для выработки электроэнергии во встроенных газотурбинных установках. Содержащиеся в о. г. колошниковая пыль домен. газа, оксиды железа в газах мартеновских печей и кислородных конвертеров улавливаются на установках газоочистки и в кач-ве оборотного продукта возвращаются в технологич. процесс.
